The IPS database contains highly trained and professional personnel. Most of them have overseas experience covering all aspects of tunnelling, as electrical and technical maintenance, TBM assembly, trouble shooting, training, shaft-sinking, TBM drives, handwork and NATM. Requirements from a single specialist to a complete crew for assembly, maintenance or operation can be quickly and economically arranged.

At this moment more than 150 specialists are employed on 32 different projects in 12 countries, varying from a single specialist to complete project crews.

Each tunnelbore machine is unique and the right man on the right machine is crucial for the production. IPS can supply a team of experienced tunnel specialists for every type of machine, i.e. hard rock, EPB, mixed shield or slurry shield machine.
