iPS continues growth strategy in 2012
During the traditional New Year’s breakfast, Directors Rob Kooijmans and Erwin Broeders presented the company’s plans and ambitions for 2012.

Foundations for growth
In 2011 iPS laid the foundations for growth. We increased the quality and efficiency of our service and installed a commercial back office to support our business. Safety (OHSAS) and quality (ISO) remain priority in our work. We hired 15 new colleagues, and are still looking for professional consultants an recruiters.
New opportunities in 2012
In 2012, we encounter exciting opportunities. We expect improved business opportunities in our current leading markets like Dredging, Tunnelling, Shipbuilding, Offshore and Scaffolding. We increased our presence in the Middle East and Australia, and expect strong contribution from these regions. We developed a professional set up for Source Management; the management of Philippine, Indonesian and South Afcrican Crews will be an important part of our activities.
Also, our specific knowledge and experience in the field Payrolling is an increasingly important element of our portfolio. In 2011, several clients have used our Quick Scan tool, which enabled them to benefit immediately from reduce cost reduction. We expect to help even more companies with our Payroll knowledge and service in 2012.
And last but not least, we are proud that next week our Offshore team will open their new office in Scheveningen, The Hague!
